Join the bay area turkish society every month for film series

The film series is much more than showing Turkish movies, and it is much more than public education on the Arts, Culture, Environmental and Societal challenges that everyday people face. The BTS Film series creates several opportunities to raise awareness of the Turkish Film and Arts Scene focusing on the Arts, Culture, Environment and Society and of the everyday challenges people face and on the unconventional perspectives by:

  • Presenting a selection of movies from a diverse spectrum

  • Awareness-raising of the new perspectives within the community and the public through the promotion of the festival

  • Providing venues for discussion, presentations, as well as entertainment

  • Providing a vehicle, or vocabulary, to express a person's emotions and experiences with the arts and culture no matter where they are from.
